Procedure

Students willing to participate can register their teams of 3 people(all of them being speakers) by filling up the form provided under the link on this page.

The registration can be done after 1st October 18 (06:00 PM).

The acceptance of participation is purely on the first-come-first-serve basis.

The max cap of the teams participating in the competition will be 24 teams only.

Only the students of the 1st, 2nd & 3rd year of any undergraduate programme of any department of Amity University(Lucknow Campus ) including 1st & 2nd year of LLB(3 Year) are allowed to participate as teams in the competition. Further, the participation of Independent Adjudicators is open to all from any undergraduate programme of any department of Amity University(Lucknow Campus ) from 1st to 4th year.

The participanting teams filling up the form will get an e-mail of confirmation of their participation from the official e-mail address of Amity Intra Parliamentary Debate Competition.

There will be a waiting list for the teams who will have a chance to enter the competition, in case of any participating team withdrawing its name.

Only the duly filled forms will be accepted.

The team registering would be getting a team code which would be the identity of the team during the competition.

The decision of the committee regarding any issue relating to registration will be final and binding.

Those students who are willing to participate in the competition and are unable to form a team, can get themselves register individually. The committee, on its discretion, can consider individual students and form a cross team for them.

Please note that Independent Adjudicator can register themselves only by sending an email to our official email id i.e. amityintrapd2018@gmail.com after 15 September(6:00 pm). The mail must contain their name, contact number, course, semester, department, enrollment no. and their email id. Also remember there is only 24 seats as far as the adjudicators are concerned.
